Leading experience design for an AI-powered procurement assistant, I helped reimagine how employees interacted with procurement processes across the organization. The ambition was not simply to digitize existing workflows, but to create a fundamentally more intuitive and intelligent employee experience.

I led the definition of the future-state vision, user journeys, interaction models, and service concepts, bringing together generative AI capabilities, workflow automation, and procurement expertise into a single conversational experience. The design focused on reducing friction, improving compliance, and enabling employees to navigate complex procurement processes with confidence.
